Subject: Contact 2000, greetings - William Theaux update
Hello,
I have been recently updating and tidying my database - as well as moving from the USA to France. It has been an opportunity for remembering several email or other correspondents, as well as for maintaining contact. This is thus a short mailing to people who share diverse interests with me, in order to brief you with my present development - and looking forward to receiving news from you too.

Lately two chapters, regarding my collective psychology Analysis and interpretation about History of civilization, have been completed. At the same time, a company involving Genetics, that I had created in New York has closed down. In spite of an absence of results, it has been fully instructive. Three reports thus follow:
1) About DNA:
Though there are signs of a human desire for immortality (or conscious progress in transformation) when the New York company offered a kit for long-term preservation of individual DNA, during two years that the product was presented to over 200 visitors per day on the site akhnaton.net, there has been absolutely no order (except for one American person who happens to have the same name as mine..). The product was not expensive (less than $30) with an easy and secured credit card payment. Whatever one thinks about DNA as soul or dust, it has been a fascinating experience for the observation of the taboo and the collective repression; yet an information worth to be shared.
2) About Collective Psychology and PLURAL ANALYSIS (aka PLAN),
After New York, I investigated a medium city in Florida with PLAN - and beside my own clumsiness, the disinterest for this group analysis could be observed too. Seen as a 'Freudian resistance' - PLAN being the Art of Memory restored - this second experience revealed again and more precisely a repressed phobia for memory (collectivity and chromosomes being two major pillars for remembrance). Anyhow PLAN continues - exactly as much as a dysfunctional Psychoanalysis that is the repression of it.
3) About AKHNATON,
The DNA testing of the entire known 18th dynasty, completed by
Egyptologists and Geneticists, has not been made public yet. The results will
prove if Charles Pope (published by http://www.dnafoundation.com) and his remarkable hypothesis are correct. If so, the
identification of Akhnaton as Moses and Oedipus (Trismegistus - http://www.akhnaton.net), based on an
analysis of our Collective Psychology that I begun in 1985, will get
another confirmation (after Osman's in 1990).
I have also continued working and extended my personal
contribution. Since it discovers the role of psychedelics in the foundation
and sacraments of the Western religion, I did not find necessary to link
abundantly these exposes on the web. This time, I forestalled the repression!!
Anyhow, as the Patron of the Alchemists (aka Trismegistus) is probably Akhnaton, one finds a bridge between brain chemistry and the experience in Amarna. As Amarna would be a 'Primal Scene' for our Monotheisms/Civilization - we thus hold important data and clues for understanding our Collective Psychology.
My overall interest remaining Ecology, I continue thinking that cultivating memory is a prerequisite for it. Brain chemistry may add to Genetics and Sociology in the memory condition. So I shall also look attentively if biochemistry will play any role in the collective behavior of the human species when dealing nextly with its new environmental behavior. This will make the ground of my continuing work.
