The exceptional Quality of CYBEK's product a Literature has not been easy to assess. reasons, when Z.Kelper saw in 1985, what product he was in charge with he
realized that probability were null that his discovery would ever be popularized
and publihed by the century long means of diffucion of knowledge. Only
a new and radical tool could breach the fate of repression which had even
usaully brings its supporter to death. He realizes that only the electronixc
network and artificial intelligence computing which was dawning at this time
would perhaps be someday the way for this knowledge to be registered and
made accessible for public inquiries.
