Re: To introduce ecology & out-of-the-box revisited in eMailLists HRNET, TRDEV |
At first sight, PLAN answers the 'out-of-the-box' need which is often mentioned amongst the factors which helps a group to breath, mature nd envision. Yet the extraction of the participant(s) answers also another issue : when the group, Symposium, Cave practices such out-of-the-box harvest, its very profit comes from {call skeleman@amgen.com} the experience of doing for themselves and learning from the experience. This is where the Art of Memory, and the possibility of change-continuum, takes place.
For the Art
and the grace of PLAN is not as
much in what is brought rather than in what is removed (for a vacuum where
group expands its energy). This is why the analyst do not need any expertise
BUT...
A certain
condition, a certain disposition for Transference ; it is through
this transference that
PLAN clears the group for a new
learning and realization of an
historical phase while
cohesion results in
transformation - thus eventually
productivity.
The Transference
disposition of the analyst is another chapter of
PLAN. The ability of the analyst
is understood with what causes
PLAN's function ;
PLAN's
function is in the absence of the minus-one
(aka the extracted participant) which is relative
to the vacuum in the analyst's expertise. This personal vacuum
is traditionally known, and scientifically managed by the 20th century
psychology.
Beside its function,
the reason for
PLAN is the current
acknowledgement for a dimension that could never be reckoned before the computer
Age, before Artificial Intelligence, before Cybernetics - that is a dimension
wich begins to be valued in many fields of Science. e.g., chaos.
From Simonides
of Chaos in Antiquity, up to our present intelligence, the constant thread
of the Art of Memory has implemented our civilization's development
with this universal state of Energy. In today's Sociology (organizational
systems) acknowledges this well of abundance, change, innovation,
adaptation - PLAN activates
its practical exploitation.
