As
in regard with its similarity with Psychoanalysis,
PLAN
stands for its simplicity. There is no rule, but rather
a choice by intuition, in inviting a group participant for a short session
('extraction') - his is the metaphor for the
free-association which is the sole technical word in
Psychoanalysis.
During the session,
the Analyst looks like he has not much to exert, since an sort of
'out-of-the-box' (of work expertise, of knowledge) experience is what is
sought at that moment.
However,
this path of Spiritual Mentoring (that was traditionally
known for a mystical detachment from industry) acquires nowadays
tools for transmission, i.e., a scientific methodology
(for two reasons; first: its condition including Artificial
Intelligence - aka. Cybernetics - second: its goal being identified as
Ecology) and algebraic formula
(mathems).
