PLAN
originated from the idea to lead communities towards ecological solutions.
In France en 1985, the integration of Cybernetics within Psychoanalysis
allowed a sociological model, which was setting a parallel between
Unconscious as Environment. One single procedure could then address both
the whole issue of group productivity and members participation. Three handlings
qualify PLAN: Psychological
solutions, working through laws of Sociology, adjustment to
Information Technology. Rapidly this technique entered a result phase:
PLAN
confirmed itself an innovative approach of Ecological Collective Behavior.
Concurrently, the group which experimented it, investigated the past of
civilization. It weightened its development for several years but raised
a challenge which which was completed successfully.
PLAN participated in one of the
greatest elucidation of the 20th century. Furthermore, in 1990, researches
at the University of History in London identified
PLAN as the update of a traditional
technique which is typical of the Western world foundation. Both discoveries
confirm the coincidence of
