I
must say that I am a little confused ; for the field which has definitely
opened in CYBEK in February equals the unexpectation of
PLAN 's first results (by 1988,
when I had to assume with UNEFPE
the surprising
interpretation of Akhnaton's identification). In 1998, a second assignement
of PLAN with CYBEK faces again
a startling challenge.
The
DNA extraction and conservation
Kit marketing project (which was announced in the previous NewsLetter)
was completed this month
. It is a strong but shallow
intervention in the slack awareness of mass psychology. Meanwhile, an opportune
coincidence and sudden echo from Velikovsky's community, shedded light in
the depth of CYBEK's investment with DNA.
The aphorism
for which CYBEK has begun to stand - e.g. Psychoanalysis realizes the
foundation of Genetics - is terribly cumbersome for it is new, and
enters a place which is still taboo! The meeting with the problem of Velikovsky
fortunately deals with notions which are relevant for strengthening this
equality (Psychanalysis = Genetics)
Velikovsky raised
the problem of Time and Memory - both typical matters of Psyche (Psychoanalysis)
and infomation (Genetics). The analysis of his symptomatic carreer reflects
an hypothetical setting of this time/memory structure in the human mind.

Humanity
excerts an influence on its Environment (aka Alter of Other) through the
means of the Significand. This is a primordial and simple Psychoanalytical
formula which uses the linguistic definition of Significand after
Lacan's theory.

I do not aim
to defend this formula hereby, but simply to use it - right or wrong as it
may be - for striking our attention. Usually - at first sight - we have the
feeling, or we think, that the Letter is a Significand tool that we
invent, and use, for sending notices and commmands to our
world.
It is remarkable
that even the visible fact of our reliance on the Letter for
acquiring knowledge, does not easily awaken our conviction
that the Letter actually precedes us :

Humanity
receives its own influence from the Letter. It may well re-use it as a
Significand ; yet, this attempt to be an agent is only hiding
the precedence of this Letter over him, as when it gives life to the code
in the
cosmos.

Such immediate
relation between Code and Letter indicates what Psychoanalysis is, along
with its effects. If it is really the science which deconstructs Narcissism
(Agent illusion) and identifies the Letter at its causal
place - it is thus assuring the obvious superdeternination of humankind by
DNA. Consequently, Psychoanalysis founds the sense of Genetics and therefore
is, in essence, Genetics.
If this is correct,
one can guess that it will take some 'emotional' time to be usually assumed,
before the industrial ecology will acknowledge the Freudian model for its
guidance. At the embryonic stage, CYBEK's Web sites present enough clues
regarding the Artificial Intelligence for anticipating its intervention in
this transformation (especially since it is in term of Genetic
Algorithms that its specialists prophesize the aecheivement of truely
thinking machines within 30 years). This is why I am confused, and can
comment only in a primitive and raw way, in/on the dawn of a DNAge.
